Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–13 business days, so please allow 8–15 business days in total from the date you place your order.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't change it once the order has shipped. If you need help, email us right away at ecom.project.mx@gmail.com.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
How do I start a return?

About the Electric Silicone Face Brush
How do I use it?
Apply your cleanser, wet the brush and move it in gentle circles over your face for about 60 seconds. Rinse your face and the brush. Use once or twice a day.
Is it rechargeable?
Yes. It charges via USB, so it's easy to use at home or when you travel.
Is it water-resistant?
Yes, it has a water-resistant design, so you can use it at the sink or in the shower.
How do I clean it?
Rinse the brush after each use. The silicone is easy to clean and dries quickly.
What colors are available?
Pink, Purple and Grey.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
It's designed for gentle, everyday use. Stop use if irritation occurs, and if you have very sensitive skin or a skin condition, check with a dermatologist first.
