Shipping Policy

Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 7–13 business days. In total, please allow 8–15 business days from the date you place your order. Your order ships from an international fulfillment partner, so delivery times may be longer than typical domestic shipping.

Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs or other factors outside our control. If your order has not arrived after 15 business days, please contact us at ecom.project.mx@gmail.com and we will gladly help you track it down.

Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.
